Originally from Granbury, TX, and raised in Fort Deposit, AL, Rachel pursued dual degrees in Architecture and Interior Architecture at Auburn University, later advancing her studies with a Master’s in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University.

Raised in the heart of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Justin was immersed in the renovation business from a young age, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry. This early exposure ignited a lifelong passion, leading him to co-found Total Property Solutions (TPS), a renovation management company that has transformed hundreds of properties nationwide.
